Lead the daily operation of Richemont’s Sydney Client Relations Centre, overseeing workload allocation, service levels, sales objectives, escalations, and client follow-up. Coach and develop ambassadors, monitor KPIs, support onboarding, resolve complex client situations, ensure process and data-security adherence, identify operational improvements, and report performance insights to the CRC Manager. The role manages multichannel interactions across phone, email, chat, and social media while delivering luxury client experiences.

Manage sales channels and complex client accounts for luxury products. Develop sales strategies, cultivate decision-maker relationships, deliver tailored presentations, configure solutions, negotiate pricing and contracts, oversee service-level agreements, monitor performance metrics, maintain CRM processes, ensure partner compliance, and develop product education. Serve as a subject matter expert while supervising and advising junior colleagues.

Manage commercial strategy and operational excellence for Vacheron Constantin across Australia and New Zealand. Responsibilities include driving wholesale sales performance, managing retailer relationships, optimizing product assortments and inventory, preparing sales and operational reports, maintaining business-system data integrity, and coordinating with regional and global teams. The role requires strong luxury-sector experience, analytical capability, stakeholder management, and proficiency with Excel, Power BI, SAP, or similar systems.
