Lead creative-first paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and emerging platforms. Develop and execute paid social strategy for UK & Ireland, manage multi-million-pound budgets, run creative testing, optimise performance using data and GA4, collaborate with creative and marketing teams, and report insights to stakeholders to drive traffic, conversions and ROI.

Lead the full product design cycle for girlswear footwear, delivering trend-led, commercial ranges. Drive technical development (fit, engineering, quality), mentor design team members, collaborate with suppliers and buying, and incorporate sustainable practices to meet sales and margin targets.

Partner with business leaders to provide commercially focused HR support, coaching, talent and succession planning, change delivery, employee relations collaboration, and data-led people insights to improve performance, engagement, and leadership capability.

Lead technical approval and product development for childrenswear, ensuring fit, quality, compliance and supplier performance. Manage test reports, risk assessments, grading, blocks, supplier relations, and contribute to standards, sustainability and ethical objectives.
