Partner with business leaders to provide commercially focused HR support, coaching, talent and succession planning, change delivery, employee relations collaboration, and data-led people insights to improve performance, engagement, and leadership capability.

Lead day-to-day RFID inventory operations, investigate discrepancies, maintain systems and reporting, deliver EPC-level analytics and dashboards, support audits and vendor integrations, and drive process improvements to reduce stock loss and improve efficiency.

Provide financial analysis, reporting, forecasting and decision support for Retail. Maintain month-end journals, variance analysis, commercial reporting packs, cost reviews and stakeholder presentations to influence retail P&L and identify efficiencies.
