Provide administrative support to two leaders and their teams in Risk Advisory Services, including formatting client correspondence, CRM and file management, invoicing and debtor follow-up, calendar and inbox management, timesheets, travel organisation, tender/proposal collation, reporting, and ad-hoc event and administrative tasks to ensure timely delivery against competing deadlines.

Provide administrative support to four Canberra Risk Advisory Services leaders and their teams: coordinate events, travel, expenses, invoices, debtor follow-up, CRM and GreatSoft recordkeeping, tender submissions, and document formatting to firm standards while prioritising competing deadlines.

Perform financial due diligence for buy- and sell-side transactions, analyzing earnings drivers, working capital, cash flow and transaction risks; deliver commercial insights; use data analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve analysis; prepare Independent Accountant's Reports and ASX prospectus financial information; collaborate with senior leaders and mentor junior staff to ensure high-quality client outcomes.
