As a Technical Architect, you will enable enterprise customers' success with SafetyCulture by leading technical strategies for high-value deals, designing secure solutions, and building trusted relationships with stakeholders.

Build end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and mobile (leaning frontend/React Native). Integrate with platform systems, partner with principal engineer and cross-functional teammates, contribute to AI-native features, make pragmatic trade-offs, ship quickly, and raise technical quality through code review and collaboration.

Lead a team of engineers responsible for the Inspections SaaS product. Own day-to-day delivery, maintain technical health, triage incidents, drive process improvements, coach and grow engineers, contribute to technical direction, and collaborate across product, design, and customer teams. Hybrid role based in Sydney with some on-call responsibility.
