Teams at Salesforce

Lead end-to-end sales processes for strategic retail accounts, focusing on new business, account expansion, pipeline development, value-based selling, forecasting, and revenue achievement. Collaborate with account directors, sales engineers, professional services, executives, partners, and business development teams. Maintain accurate CRM data, build customer relationships, conduct market outreach, and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.

Lead pre-sales architecture for enterprise data and AI solutions built on Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce. Design integrations with hyperscalers, data lakes, external agents, APIs, and governance frameworks. Develop prototypes, demos, prompts, agent lifecycle strategies, and technical enablement materials. Facilitate customer workshops, advise on data modeling and activation, and support early proof-of-value engagements. Partner with sales and product teams while serving as a technical advisor to enterprise data and architecture leaders.

Own strategic customer success for complex, multi-org Signature accounts. Develop success plans, align business and technical goals, mobilize resources, influence executives, manage risks and escalations, guide AI governance, conduct root-cause analysis, advocate for customers, and mentor colleagues. The role requires deep Salesforce platform expertise, strong executive communication, and experience supporting Sales Cloud and Service Cloud customers, particularly in automotive or related industries.
