Supports and improves business systems across property management, CRM, ERP, financial, and building operations platforms. Troubleshoots issues, gathers requirements, maps workflows, documents processes, supports vendor evaluations and implementations, and identifies process improvement opportunities. The role partners with Operations and Technology teams, assists with business cases and projects, and helps non-technical users adopt systems effectively.

Lead the consolidation of HR, payroll, and workforce management systems onto a single Dayforce platform. Responsibilities include configuration, solution design, data migration, testing, cutover, training, legacy-platform decommissioning, access and security management, vendor coordination, support escalation, process automation, and platform roadmap ownership.

Provides strategic legal advice across corporate, real estate, funds, property management, construction, employment, disputes, privacy, and governance matters. Drafts and negotiates commercial documentation, leads legal workstreams for acquisitions, disposals, and development transactions, manages stakeholder relationships, identifies legal risks, and supports governance policy development.
