Provides administrative, operational, and commercial support across the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include handling internal commercial enquiries, resolving ServiceNow and inbox queries, creating jobs, monitoring timesheet compliance, supporting invoicing, processing write-offs and journal entries, and ensuring adherence to policies and contractual obligations. The role requires strong organisation, communication, stakeholder engagement, analytical, and workload-management skills.

Lead analytics and AI initiatives, manage and develop analysts and consultants, oversee dashboards, reporting, KPI frameworks, data transformation, and analytical products, and advise business stakeholders. The role combines delivery leadership, stakeholder engagement, quality governance, resource allocation, and continuous improvement across the Data and AI practice. Candidates should have experience with business intelligence, Power BI or Tableau, Python, Alteryx, SQL, AI-enabled analytics, performance measurement, consulting delivery, and team coaching.

Provide commercial and financial advisory for infrastructure investments and transactions. Develop financial models, procurement and contracting strategies, prepare business and investment cases, support transactions, contribute to business development, mentor junior staff, and engage senior stakeholders including government, C-suite and boards.
