Provides HR advice and support to employees and leaders across Australia and New Zealand. Responsibilities include managing HR enquiries, supporting the employee lifecycle, preparing employment documentation, maintaining HR records and systems, advising on policies and employee relations, and contributing to compliance, reporting, HR projects, and process improvements.

Leads a 24x7x365 Security Operations Centre, managing SOC analysts, security monitoring, investigations, incident response, tabletop exercises, playbooks, metrics, automation, and operational improvements. Partners with engineering, threat assessment, IT, and business teams to improve detection and response capabilities. Develops team talent, supports security strategy and projects, manages critical incidents, and participates in an after-hours rotation.

Manage a portfolio of low-complexity motor claims from notification through resolution. Assess claims, maintain accurate records, communicate with customers and stakeholders, process payments within delegated authority, escalate complex matters, ensure regulatory and procedural compliance, and support team operations and continuous improvement.
