Support the launch of SEEK Pass products, features, and operational changes through readiness planning, testing, stakeholder coordination, documentation, training, Early Access, hypercare, and business-as-usual handover. Track risks, dependencies, feedback, and actions while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations. Identify process improvements, enhance operational tooling, and help teams deliver scalable customer and operational experiences.

Leads cyber threat intelligence, insider risk investigations, threat assessments, alert triage, detection tuning, threat hunting, and security investigations. The role analyzes OSINT and proprietary intelligence, advises leadership on emerging threats and geopolitical risks, supports forensic imaging, develops intelligence metrics, improves automation, collaborates with incident response teams, and mentors security professionals.
