Support Agworld customers through onboarding, training, technical setup, inbound assistance, renewals, and proactive engagement. Build trusted relationships with growers, agronomists, and farm operations, resolve issues across phone, chat, and email, encourage product adoption, re-engage at-risk customers, and support retention. The role also delivers customer workshops, maintains accurate activity records, and collaborates across teams to provide consistent, high-quality service.
