Perform hands-on installation, maintenance, and decommissioning of telecommunications networks (fibre, HFC, civil). Interpret plans, install and haul cables, operate plant and equipment, complete safety checks, documentation, and collaborate with crews and stakeholders.

Deliver compliant, constructable, cost-effective FTTP designs for Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) projects under nbn BAT and FFU programs. Produce Detailed Design Documents (DDD-M), ensure alignment with nbn standards, perform FIR reviews, pathway and constructability assessments, stakeholder engagement, and troubleshoot complex design and construction issues.

Coordinate movement of work orders across the MDU program from release to completion. Maintain visibility of work order status, align actions across design, field, scheduling, customer and support teams, manage dependencies, escalate issues, and ensure projects progress according to service levels and delivery priorities.

Support tender responses by reviewing requirements, using AI tools to draft templates, collaborating with SMEs to produce clear, compliant proposals, maintaining bid repositories, and coordinating quality reviews and stakeholder engagement.

Manage project scheduling, budgets, site establishment and design delivery for asphalt resurfacing projects. Produce and update schedules, control costs and earned value, liaise with clients, subcontractors and authorities, ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental and contractual requirements, and provide regular reporting.

Lead pre-contract commercial and pricing for major road maintenance and infrastructure bids: develop pricing strategies, validate estimates, quantify risks, commercialise contracts, engage suppliers, and support bid-to-delivery handover and optimisation.

Lead development of work methodology, estimates, tender documents and delivery strategies for road, corridor, tunnel and ITS maintenance and construction projects. Oversee site works, subcontractor management, cost/time/safety reporting, scheduling (MS Project), earned value analysis and continuous improvement. Manage reporting staff and ensure projects meet specifications, budgets and client requirements, with focus on concrete and asphalt works.

Manage project scheduling, budgeting, cost control and reporting for civil infrastructure works. Oversee site establishment, ensure compliance with technical, quality, safety and environmental requirements, liaise with clients, subcontractors and authorities, and maintain project records for client handover.

Designs, builds and supports Microsoft Power Platform applications and data integrations. Develops data models, performs system migrations, documents solutions, provides user support and training, and applies engineering practices for version control, testing and deployments to improve project and operational delivery.

Oversee civil maintenance and minor road construction works across the Sydney Harbour Zone, managing subcontractors and crews, scheduling day/night shifts, ensuring safety compliance, traffic management, quality control, documentation, stakeholder communication, and supporting project coordination and continuous improvement.
