Administer and optimise operational systems, reporting, dashboards, workflows and automations. Manage user access, data quality, governance records and business documentation while supporting process improvements, system rollouts, testing, training and operational change. Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical technology and process solutions, improve compliance and standardise ways of working across programs.

Deliver compliant, constructable, cost-effective FTTP designs for Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) projects under nbn BAT and FFU programs. Produce Detailed Design Documents (DDD-M), ensure alignment with nbn standards, perform FIR reviews, pathway and constructability assessments, stakeholder engagement, and troubleshoot complex design and construction issues.

Manage complex employee and industrial relations matters across unionised business units. Lead enterprise bargaining negotiations, union engagement, industrial risk assessment, tribunal representation, dispute resolution, investigations, and employment law advice. Partner with operational leaders on workforce planning, organisational change, productivity, and workforce risks. Develop leader training and support strategic industrial relations initiatives across geographically dispersed Australian operations.
