Defines enterprise platform strategy, architecture standards, governance models, health metrics, and remediation plans for ServiceNow environments. Advises executives and technical teams on scalable architectures, integrations, data models, technical debt, platform risks, and adoption of AI and automation. Facilitates governance forums, aligns platform roadmaps with business outcomes, guides implementation partners, and provides feedback to product and engineering teams.

Lead end-to-end enterprise AI proof-of-concept engagements on ServiceNow, from discovery and scoping through working prototypes and executive demonstrations. Design AI agents, Now Assist solutions, integrations, evaluation criteria, and reusable implementation assets. Partner with sales and delivery teams, lead AI engineers, facilitate customer workshops, articulate business value, and ensure successful handoff to implementation teams.

Drive new SaaS license revenue through account and territory planning, prospect research, business development, and field sales. Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, lead account strategies, coordinate virtual sales teams and partners, advise customers on IT roadmaps, identify specialist resources, negotiate deals, achieve sales targets, and promote customer success. The role requires software or solutions sales experience, AI-related business understanding, and travel up to 50%.

Lead pre-sales security operations engagements across APJ by designing, configuring, and demonstrating ServiceNow Security Operations solutions. Develop integrated workflows using Armis asset intelligence, Veza identity governance, and ServiceNow incident response, threat intelligence, and vulnerability response. Advise customers, support sales campaigns and marketing events, maintain demonstration environments, collaborate with product and development teams, and share best practices. Explain security operations strategies, attack vectors, frameworks, and competitive differentiators to enterprise customers.

Owns global cybersecurity sales enablement programs covering onboarding, pipeline creation, champion engagement, messaging, sales skills, and deal execution. Develops and delivers training, assessments, content, and communications while partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, and leadership. Uses performance data and field feedback to optimize programs, standardize best practices, improve competitive differentiation, and drive adoption across pre-sales teams.

Lead a portfolio of mid-market to enterprise customers to drive adoption and expansion of the Moveworks AI Assistant on the ServiceNow platform. Act as trusted advisor to executives, translate business needs into integrated AI-workflow solutions, track success metrics, mitigate risks, and support renewals and expansions while influencing product roadmap.
