Act as trusted advisor to executives, translate business needs into integrated AI-workflow solutions, track success metrics, mitigate risks, and support renewals and expansions while influencing product roadmap.

Lead post-sales adoption and success for strategic enterprise accounts, partner with C-level executives, align ServiceNow solutions to customer goals, mitigate risks, drive KPIs (adoption, renewals, satisfaction), and build scalable, repeatable processes to realize business value and expansion.

Provide pre-sales solution leadership for ServiceNow Security Operations, designing and demonstrating integrated SecOps architectures (including Armis and Veza), configuring demo environments, advising customers on SOC processes and security frameworks, contributing to sales campaigns and product feedback, and supporting events and global team knowledge sharing.
