Teams at ServiceNow

Provides technical and domain expertise throughout sales cycles for ServiceNow solutions. Leads discovery workshops, product demonstrations, customer and partner technical discussions, competitive analysis, and product feedback. Collaborates with sales, product management, marketing, partners, and professional services to build pipeline, manage territories, achieve sales goals, and improve reusable solution assets. Supports executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

Lead post-sales adoption and success for strategic enterprise accounts, partner with C-level executives, align ServiceNow solutions to customer goals, mitigate risks, drive KPIs (adoption, renewals, satisfaction), and build scalable, repeatable processes to realize business value and expansion.

Leads executive-level strategy and value advisory engagements across Australia and New Zealand. The role shapes transformation priorities, investment cases, commercial strategies, and strategic deals; advises C-suite and board stakeholders; mentors sales teams; drives value-selling practices; develops thought leadership; and provides market insight to product and engineering teams. Candidates need 15+ years of strategy, consulting, or value advisory experience, strong financial and analytical skills, enterprise cloud and AI fluency, industry expertise, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
