Teams at ServiceNow

Support the Technical Accelerators team to help customers adopt ServiceNow Impact offerings. Assist in delivery preparation, develop new accelerator offerings, prepare client-facing technical deliverables, coordinate customer meetings, monitor processes, identify improvements, and build strong relationships with Impact and TAS teams while learning ServiceNow best practices.

Lead post-sales adoption and success for strategic enterprise accounts, partner with C-level executives, align ServiceNow solutions to customer goals, mitigate risks, drive KPIs (adoption, renewals, satisfaction), and build scalable, repeatable processes to realize business value and expansion.

Generate and qualify outbound and inbound leads for Account Executives through cold outreach, research, and CRM management. Schedule discovery calls, build territory and account maps, collaborate with marketing/channel teams, track pipeline and performance metrics, and stay current on cybersecurity market and product value propositions.
