Serve as the client-facing Key Account Manager for environmental clients in Newcastle and Hunter region. Coordinate sample logistics and lab interactions, manage client communications, support quotations and tenders, drive account growth and upsell opportunities, conduct site visits and occasional sampling, and ensure work meets SGS quality, safety and compliance standards.
