Develop fashion products from initial design concepts through sampling and buy-ready completion. Responsibilities include creating tech packs, specs, BOMs, costings, and colorways in WFX PLM; tracking critical paths, samples, fit sessions, timelines, and deliveries; sourcing fabrics, trims, and prints; preparing supplier artwork; and maintaining supplier relationships.

Own end-to-end production of The Lazy CEO podcast, including guest outreach, scheduling, recording-day production, YouTube-ready video and audio editing, content planning, quality review, distribution, and social content oversight. The role requires a YouTube-first creative who can manage the guest pipeline, maintain production standards, collaborate with an offshore editor, and deliver polished long-form episodes across multiple deadlines.
