Develops and executes local area marketing strategies across a national aesthetics clinic franchise network. Responsibilities include adapting national campaigns, driving lead generation, coordinating events and activations, supporting social media and email/SMS marketing, managing the LAM Portal, creating promotional assets, monitoring campaign performance, and advising franchise partners. The role requires strong stakeholder management, organisation, communication, analytical, and integrated marketing skills.

Leads enterprise applications strategy, roadmap, delivery, integrations, automation, and AI initiatives across clinics, support functions, and customer platforms. Optimizes the application ecosystem, delivers workflow improvements, identifies practical AI opportunities, and manages the Applications Support & Projects team. The role combines strategic technology leadership with hands-on development of integrations, workflows, and automation solutions.

Own and evolve the Azure cloud environment, including architecture, networking, compute, storage, identity, endpoint management, automation, security, monitoring, and observability. Administer Intune, Entra ID, SSO, and Auth0 while supporting infrastructure security, PCI compliance, incident response, and data platform initiatives. Develop Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD practices, establish governance and documentation, and provide technical leadership across cloud and security domains.
