Lead Customer Operations across the full lending journey, owning escalations, complaints, hardship cases, customer metrics, and sensitive decisions. Manage and develop the Customer Operations team while improving processes, communications, handoffs, and automation. Partner with Product and Engineering to eliminate recurring issues, establish decision frameworks, and represent customer needs at leadership level. Make commercially sound decisions on remediation, goodwill, risk, and customer outcomes in a fast-growing lending business.

Own the end-to-end data stack, including ingestion into Snowflake, tested and documented dbt-style models, metric definitions, dashboards, and external reporting. Partner with Growth, Credit, Operations, Finance, Treasury, and executives to turn business questions into trusted recommendations. Establish data governance, self-service analytics, and quality standards from scratch while using AI to accelerate mechanical work and maintaining rigorous verification. This founding role may grow into leading the future data team.
