Teams at Skip Loans

Manage end-to-end mortgage settlements from unconditional approval through settlement, liaise with brokers/solicitors/funders, handle post-settlement servicing (direct debits, redraws, discharges), resolve issues, maintain loan and CRM records, meet SLAs, and improve processes using automation and AI.

Build and lead Skip's second-line credit risk function: design credit risk framework and policy, run assurance/QA, embed controls into operations and AI-enabled decisioning, monitor portfolio risk, and deliver trusted reporting to the Credit Committee, board and funders.

End-to-end builder role: define product, design and implement scalable systems using React/Node/TypeScript/AWS, leverage AI/agent workflows to accelerate development, ship production-quality features, own outcomes, and iterate with stakeholders across ops, sales, and product.
