Drive growth in Australia by converting inbound leads into customers through consultative sales. Engage founders and SMEs, qualify needs, recommend Sleek solutions, maintain HubSpot pipeline, leverage AI tools to prepare conversations, and collaborate with the Australia Sales Team to improve processes and conversion.

Build and grow Sleek’s Australian channel partner network across fintech, SaaS, eCommerce, accounting, and SME ecosystems. Identify and acquire partners, manage the relationship from outreach through onboarding, negotiate commercial terms, activate partnerships with Sales and Marketing, and improve referrals, conversions, customer acquisition, and ROI. The role requires a quota-carrying hunter with strong commercial acumen, an established Australian SME network, and the ability to independently close new partnerships.

Lead Sleek's brand across core markets. Own brand narrative, positioning, reputation management, referral programs, social and community growth, and creative/visual identity. Deliver measurable growth outcomes (awareness, leads, referrals, Trustpilot score) by treating brand as a growth lever and using data to optimize performance.

Owner of outbound partner acquisition in Australia: hunt, pitch, negotiate, and close high-impact partnerships across fintech, eCommerce and tech to drive scalable SMB customer acquisition and rapid pipeline conversion. Collaborate with sales and marketing to activate partners, track performance, and meet aggressive customer targets.

Lead outbound partner acquisition in Australia: prospect and qualify strategic partners, negotiate and close commercial deals, onboard and activate partners with sales and marketing teams, and scale partner-led customer acquisition to meet aggressive monthly targets.
