Grow Sleek’s Australian customer base by identifying, acquiring, negotiating with, onboarding, and expanding channel partnerships across fintech, SaaS, eCommerce, accounting, and SME ecosystems. The role owns the full partner lifecycle, activates partnerships with Sales and Marketing, drives referrals and conversions, monitors channel performance and ROI, and consistently delivers net-new partner acquisition and revenue targets.

The Senior Bookkeeping Manager oversees bookkeeping services at Sleek, managing client portfolios, guiding remote teams, and ensuring compliance with the ATO.

Lead the architecture and delivery of complex SaaS applications and platform services across the full stack. Build scalable APIs, databases, cloud-native services, and AI-powered workflows while improving reliability, observability, and developer productivity. Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, mentoring, engineering standards, and production ownership. The role requires autonomy, deep TypeScript and Node.js expertise, full-stack delivery, internal tooling experience, and experience shipping AI capabilities in production.
