Manage daily execution of S+N sponsored studies, ensuring compliance, documentation, site training, and vendor oversight while collaborating with study teams.

Lead and develop a regional People Advisory team, deliver high-quality HR advice on employment law and performance issues, manage complex employee relations and investigations, coach managers, support TUPE/M&A activity, drive HR projects and continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with local regulations while partnering with Legal, COEs and HR Business Partners.

Provide clinical and training support for orthopaedic and endoscopy products in hospital settings, support surgical procedures, manage clinical training schedules, maintain surgeon preferences and customer profiles, and collaborate with the state sales team to meet business objectives.
