Lead complex technical programs for forward-deployed engineering engagements, taking Snowflake-based data and AI solutions from engineering readiness through integration, production cutover, and operational handoff. Manage dependencies, technical risks, estimates, product gaps, scope changes, and stakeholder reporting across customer and Snowflake engineering teams. The role also helps establish the ANZ technical program management practice and improves delivery through AI-assisted workflows.

Leads and scales Snowflake’s global Frontier Engineering organization, defining technical strategy for forward-deployed engineering teams. Builds customer-facing engineering engagements, partners with executives, oversees production software delivery, hires and develops engineering leaders, and connects customer needs to product direction. The role requires extensive software engineering leadership, experience managing managers across countries and time zones, and familiarity with cloud data platforms, AI/ML, and modern application development.

Leads Snowflake’s ANZ AI/ML consulting team, coaching technical architects and overseeing partner delivery. Provides billable technical leadership, guides generative AI and agent projects from design through production, reviews architecture and quality, manages customer relationships and escalations, coordinates capacity, and partners with Product and Engineering. The role emphasizes production LLM practices, governance, evaluation, observability, cloud architecture, and customer outcomes, with up to 25% onsite travel.

Partners with account executives and customers to drive technical wins through discovery, demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements. Advises enterprises on data architecture, analytics, AI/ML, governance, and implementation. Builds trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, translates business challenges into Snowflake solutions, presents technical value, tracks competitive technologies, and advocates for customer needs internally.

Serves as a strategic enablement partner for Solution Engineering leadership. Diagnoses capability gaps using field and business data, designs technical learning and activation experiences, validates enablement content and AI outputs, measures behavior change, and scales effective programs across the organization. Partners with Product, Marketing, Field, Leadership, and onboarding teams while managing multiple priorities and aligning enablement to product releases and business outcomes.

Provide expert technical support to APAC customers using the Observe observability platform. Troubleshoot complex distributed systems, integrations, performance issues, and customer environments; manage escalations; collaborate with engineering and product teams; create documentation; participate in on-call support; improve tooling and automation; build AI support skills; and mentor junior engineers.

Develop AI-driven migration capabilities for SnowConvert, including code conversion, data migration, validation pipelines, and automated testing. Build reliable foundations and APIs for agentic AI systems, collaborate with AI and field engineering teams, and optimize distributed data pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
