Teams at Snowflake

Lead customer migrations from legacy data platforms to Snowflake, designing target architectures and migration plans. Assess workloads, convert SQL and ETL code, modernize pipelines, and oversee validation, performance testing, and production cutover. Advise customers, engineering leaders, and systems integrators; support sales scoping and Statements of Work. Develop reusable migration patterns and collaborate with Product and Engineering. The role requires substantial data architecture experience, customer-facing consulting, cloud platform knowledge, and travel within Australia and New Zealand.

Own strategic public sector accounts, expand Snowflake usage, acquire new customers, and close complex multi-year transformation programs. Build executive relationships, lead government procurement and enterprise agreements, coordinate cross-functional account teams and partners, drive migrations to Snowflake, and manage long sales cycles using MEDDPICC. Success requires a strong record selling SaaS, cloud, data, or AI solutions to major government or enterprise customers, including multi-million-dollar agreements and consumption-based expansion.

Lead complex technical programs for forward-deployed engineering engagements, taking Snowflake-based data and AI solutions from engineering readiness through integration, production cutover, and operational handoff. Manage dependencies, technical risks, estimates, product gaps, scope changes, and stakeholder reporting across customer and Snowflake engineering teams. The role also helps establish the ANZ technical program management practice and improves delivery through AI-assisted workflows.
