Manage HR strategy and employee lifecycle processes for a globally distributed core business unit. Responsibilities include staffing, onboarding, development, succession planning, performance management, engagement, retention, payroll budgeting, compensation and benefits operations, analytics, compliance, and HR service effectiveness. The role requires strong project management, metric-driven decision-making, resilience, and fluency in both Russian and English.

Own product features end-to-end, including architecture, integrations, technical specifications, deployment, testing, and production reliability. Use AI agents as the primary development tool, delegate implementation, critically review generated code, and ensure financial transaction reliability. Work independently as an individual contributor while helping evolve the company’s AI-first development process.

Own product metrics definitions and trees, investigate anomalies and conversion bottlenecks, validate hypotheses, conduct data mining, and prioritize growth opportunities. Design, monitor, and analyze A/B tests, including sample sizing, randomization, guardrail metrics, data tracking, quality checks, and actionable recommendations. Collaborate with Product and functional leads in a fully remote environment.
