Provides executive and administrative support to operations leadership while managing complex, multi-stream programs. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, travel, reports, invoices, and executive communications; managing action closure; establishing program governance; overseeing timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, change requests, stakeholder engagement, and organizational adoption; and delivering executive reporting and program outcomes.

Provides HSE operational support, compliance assurance, audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, corrective action verification, and continuous improvement across an Eastern Australia portfolio. Advises operational leaders, supports contract mobilisation and tenders, develops HSE communications and reports, monitors legislative and management-system compliance, and participates in ISO certification audits. The role also supports digital HSE initiatives using Enablon and other compliance systems.

Prepare breakfast, crib, and dinner meals in a high-volume remote camp catering environment. The role requires maintaining food safety and HACCP standards, ensuring consistent quality and presentation, and collaborating within a kitchen team. Chefs work 11-hour days on a 14:7 bus-in, bus-out roster from Cooma, with meals and accommodation provided on site. Candidates need commercial cookery qualifications, bulk catering experience, remote-work flexibility, and the ability to pass medical and drug and alcohol screening.
