Own enterprise account growth across New South Wales by managing strategic customer relationships, developing new-logo opportunities, building qualified pipelines, and leading sales from discovery through close. Engage CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, procurement stakeholders, and business leaders while translating technology capabilities into business value. Coordinate technical, engineering, delivery, partner, and leadership teams to develop proposals, business cases, and sustainable solutions across cloud, cybersecurity, data, AI, networking, and infrastructure.

Manages end-to-end sales and commercial operations for complex technology transactions, including quoting, purchase orders, fulfillment, invoicing, payment coordination, reporting, and supply-chain dependencies. Coordinates customers, sales teams, finance, procurement, OEMs, distributors, and internal supply-chain stakeholders. Maintains operational data, identifies risks, improves quote-to-cash processes, supports onboarding and compliance, and develops scalable workflows, trackers, and reporting cadences.

Manages, reviews, drafts, redlines, and negotiates commercial contracts for technology products and services. Reviews RFPs for legal risks, coordinates with in-house counsel and internal subject matter experts, prepares contract summaries, supports business teams, and tracks contract reviews through the contract lifecycle management system. The role requires strong legal analysis, communication, negotiation, and prioritization skills, plus in-house legal experience.
