Owns the Indirect Restoratives product strategy, portfolio performance, lifecycle management, pricing, profitability, and new product introductions across Australia and New Zealand. Develops local go-to-market plans aligned with APAC priorities, partners with Sales and Marketing on campaigns, gathers market and customer insights, and coordinates cross-functional execution with regulatory, supply, scientific education, and clinical teams. The role is hybrid and may require up to 20% travel.

Maintains and enhances a clinical software portfolio based on regulations, guidelines, customer needs, and market requirements. Researches software issues, tests solutions, performs quality control, manages policies and procedures, and provides expert escalation support. The role also supports classification systems, trains colleagues and customers, assists sales and marketing, participates in customer demonstrations, and manages cross-functional projects. Requires substantial Health Information Management expertise, clinical coding knowledge, and software development team experience.

As a Solution Advisor - Coding, you will partner with clients to optimize workflows, advocate for customer needs, and monitor client satisfaction while ensuring best practices in coding and health information management.
