As a Solution Advisor - Coding, you will partner with clients to optimize workflows, advocate for customer needs, and monitor client satisfaction while ensuring best practices in coding and health information management.

Lead country-level product strategy and execution aligned with regional priorities. Manage product lifecycle, drive commercial performance, lead local new product introductions, and translate market insights into actionable plans while coordinating cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, regulatory, supply).

Drive strategic growth across Australia and New Zealand by developing territory and account plans, building pipeline for software/SaaS/AI and consulting offerings, leading complex enterprise sales cycles, negotiating contracts and RFPs, engaging executive and clinical stakeholders, and collaborating cross-functionally to support healthcare digital transformation.
