Teams at Solventum

Owns the Indirect Restoratives product strategy, portfolio performance, lifecycle management, pricing, profitability, and new product introductions across Australia and New Zealand. Develops local go-to-market plans aligned with APAC priorities, partners with Sales and Marketing on campaigns, gathers market and customer insights, and coordinates cross-functional execution with regulatory, supply, scientific education, and clinical teams. The role is hybrid and may require up to 20% travel.

Drive strategic growth across Australia and New Zealand by developing territory and account plans, building pipeline for software/SaaS/AI and consulting offerings, leading complex enterprise sales cycles, negotiating contracts and RFPs, engaging executive and clinical stakeholders, and collaborating cross-functionally to support healthcare digital transformation.

Provide L2 technical support for 3M HIS products (revenue cycle and clinical productivity), troubleshoot and monitor systems, collaborate with customers and third-party vendors, participate in implementations and user acceptance testing, produce customer reporting/presentations, and contribute to HIS division goals.
