The Senior Sales Manager will lead and expand Sophos' MSP business in the APJ region, driving growth and building partner capability while overseeing a team and collaborating cross-functionally.

Investigate escalated alerts across endpoint, network, cloud, and identity environments. Perform root cause analysis, malware/script deobfuscation, ransomware and authentication investigations, threat hunting, log/process analysis on Windows/Linux, correlate EDR/SIEM/cloud/identity data, document findings, and support 24x7 MDR operations while improving detections and response playbooks.

Lead Sales Finance for APJ as strategic partner to Sales leadership: own P&L, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, KPI tracking, deal desk support, financial modeling, and cross-regional finance projects to drive sales performance and operational improvements.
