Provide empathetic face-to-face, phone, and email support; verify documentation; track customer journeys; maintain CRM records; and ensure timely, customer-focused service throughout the memorial process.

Lead SMCT’s sales function by developing and executing sales strategy, driving revenue and customer experience outcomes, and managing performance across multiple channels. Responsibilities include coaching sales teams, using CRM and market insights for forecasting, improving sales processes, championing digital sales and automation, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring ethical, compliant sales practices.
