Leads Square’s partnerships strategy across Australia and Japan, building and scaling relationships with financial institutions, technology platforms, distributors, and other strategic partners. Owns partner-driven seller acquisition, revenue growth, product adoption, ecosystem expansion, negotiations, and portfolio performance. Develops executive relationships, influences product and go-to-market strategy, and leads a distributed regional partnerships organization while collaborating across Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Operations.

Lead a team of 8–10 SMB Account Managers to drive upsell, retention, and customer satisfaction. Own pipeline management, coaching, performance cadences, cross-functional escalation, and execution of team OKRs. Partner with Product, Operations, and Sales; serve as senior escalation point and travel quarterly for events or customer meetings.

Outbound sales role focused on prospecting restaurants and other merchants. Manage a pipeline, cold call/email at scale, qualify opportunities, hit monthly quotas, and hand leads to Account Executives while developing sales skills and career growth.
