Serve as first point of contact for clients and financial advisers via phone, email, and web chat. Provide accurate support on superannuation, insurance, investments, and pensions; resolve enquiries, keep detailed interaction records, collaborate with team to meet targets, and uphold service standards.

Leads governance and delivery of a complex strategic portfolio, coordinating interdependent programs, prioritization, roadmaps, resources, risks, dependencies, benefits realization, and executive reporting. Establishes governance frameworks, facilitates steering committees, supports cross-functional delivery teams, ensures regulatory and audit compliance, and drives continuous improvement and post-implementation assessments. Requires substantial experience in financial services, wealth management, investments, or software delivery environments.

Lead tax strategy and technical oversight for Asset Services, ensuring compliance with Australian and international tax obligations. Partner with Product, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance and Client teams to implement regulatory changes, drive tax process automation, maintain governance and investor tax reporting (AMIT/AMMA), support client escalations, and improve tax operating models and controls.
