Maintain accurate CRM records, build trust-based relationships, and develop knowledge of Australian property investment strategies and market trends.

Provides office IT support while managing podcast and multimedia studio operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, networks, endpoints, productivity software, and communication systems; operating cameras, audio, lighting, and streaming equipment; coordinating studio bookings and productions; editing video and audio; maintaining media assets and equipment; supporting integrations and workflow automation; and assisting with onboarding, training, events, and on-location productions.

Provides onsite IT support while managing podcast and video studio operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting office technology, configuring endpoints, administering user accounts, managing hardware and studio equipment, operating audiovisual systems, coordinating recordings, editing multimedia content, organizing media assets, supporting livestreams, and maintaining integrations and workflow automations across business platforms.
