Design and communicate client solutions for Engine by Starling, supporting sales, implementation, delivery, and ongoing client success. Lead technical designs, integrations, documentation, and stakeholder relationships with clients and systems integrators. Translate client requirements into technical solutions, collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on roadmap decisions, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide client engineering teams through APIs, specifications, and architecture documentation. The role requires substantial travel across Australia, New Zealand, and occasionally internationally.
