Serve as primary front-office client contact for Alpha clients, triaging and resolving Front/Middle Office operational queries, managing SLAs, supporting client onboarding and change requests, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and maintain OMS/IBOR accuracy.

Support and maintain production trading for multiple clients as a subject matter expert. Manage a team, enforce SLAs and controls, triage complex front-office trading queries, coordinate Front/Middle/Back office interactions, lead audits, maintain documentation, run ad-hoc reporting, and support client onboarding, integrations, and transformation initiatives.

Provide day-to-day investor services and transfer agency support, acting as primary contact for investor and client enquiries via phone and email. Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant responses, document interactions, meet SLAs, escalate complex issues, monitor workloads, and support continuous improvement of processes, scripts, and client servicing.
