The Front Office Specialist supports customers after the implementation of financial solutions, gathering requirements, training users, resolving issues, and improving products based on client feedback. Requires extensive knowledge of investment management systems and a strong customer service focus.

Provide day-to-day front office client support for Alpha clients: triage and resolve front/middle office queries, maintain OMS and IBOR accuracy, manage SLAs, support client onboarding and change requests, use CRIMS and analytical skills, and liaise with global stakeholders to improve processes and deliverables.
