Processes shareholder activity and client trading transactions across APAC, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, controls, and regulatory compliance. Investigates exceptions, supports portfolio management with transaction data, and serves as a subject matter expert for shareholder services processes. The role also supports automation, testing, process improvement, risk remediation, documentation, knowledge sharing, and global collaboration across APAC, North America, and EMEA.

Investigates exceptions, supports portfolio management with transaction data, serves as a subject matter expert, and guides junior staff. The role contributes to risk remediation, automation, testing, process improvement, documentation, business continuity, and global collaboration across APAC, North America, and EMEA.

Manage indexed equity portfolios through daily monitoring, cash management, portfolio rebalancing, trade construction and execution. Analyze index changes, corporate actions, performance attribution and tracking results while developing expertise in market structure, liquidity and implementation risks. Support client-facing teams with presentations and reports, collaborate across investment functions, and contribute to process improvements, automation and controls. The role is designed to develop a junior investment professional into a portfolio manager.
