Drives adoption and payment volume for Stripe’s Buy Now Pay Later products across APAC. Leads complex B2B sales cycles, develops account and territory strategies, builds customer business cases, negotiates multi-party agreements, and coordinates technical implementation with Stripe teams and BNPL partners. Maintains executive relationships, identifies expansion opportunities, and creates repeatable sales enablement programs. The role focuses initially on Australia and other priority APAC markets, with approximately 10% travel.

Partner with senior sales leadership to drive productivity and effectiveness for AUNZ sales: resource planning, GTM analysis, reporting, quota setting, process optimization, sales program and compensation design, tooling implementation, and performance insights to scale the sales organization.

Manage end-to-end onboarding and implementation for mid-market and enterprise Stripe customers. Lead integration architecture, change management, stakeholder alignment, technical workshops, project milestones, risk tracking, and launch coordination. Advise customers on payments, billing, and money movement solutions while collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Technical Services. Resolve implementation issues, monitor go-live activities, maintain delivery documentation, and improve implementation processes.

Lead Stripe’s enterprise sales team, drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth, recruit and coach high-performing sales professionals, develop team strategy, manage sales metrics, build executive customer relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product and global Sales teams. The role also involves representing Stripe at industry events and translating technical concepts into business-relevant solutions.

Lead Stripe’s APAC relationships with strategic payment advisory firms. Build scalable partner engagement programs, develop thought leadership and enablement, coordinate internal experts, define success metrics and incentives, and present Stripe payment solutions. Drive inclusion in relevant RFPs and consideration sets, execute partner business reviews, develop commercial opportunities, and achieve business development targets through advisor partnerships.

As an Engineering Manager for the Core Performance team at Stripe, you will lead a team to improve efficiency and latency, foster engineering excellence, and collaborate on infrastructure solutions across the company.

Sell Stripe Money Management products (Payouts, Issuing, Treasury, Capital, FX) to enterprise and high-growth accounts across ANZ. Own full commercial cycle, build territory plan, generate pipeline, lead executive-level negotiations, and coordinate cross-functional teams to close complex multi-product deals. Provide market feedback to influence product and GTM strategy.

Perform outbound and inbound prospecting via calls, email, and social channels to book meetings, qualify leads, research prospects, maintain CRM records (Salesforce), meet SLAs, and collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives to build pipeline.

Sell and expand Stripe Billing within existing and prospective customers. Drive revenue and upsells, lead technical and commercial negotiations, collaborate with product/marketing, relay customer feedback, and execute go-to-market strategy to meet targets.

Serve as a technical, enterprise-facing partner to large Stripe customers: build trust, lead integration and operational conversations, troubleshoot technical issues, create user-facing content, collaborate cross-functionally to optimize fraud, disputes, declines, product adoption, and global expansion, and design and scale the Technical Account Manager offering.
