Teams at Stripe

Lead Stripe’s enterprise sales team, drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth, recruit and coach high-performing sales professionals, develop team strategy, manage sales metrics, build executive customer relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product and global Sales teams. The role also involves representing Stripe at industry events and translating technical concepts into business-relevant solutions.

Lead Stripe’s APAC relationships with strategic payment advisory firms. Build scalable partner engagement programs, develop thought leadership and enablement, coordinate internal experts, define success metrics and incentives, and present Stripe payment solutions. Drive inclusion in relevant RFPs and consideration sets, execute partner business reviews, develop commercial opportunities, and achieve business development targets through advisor partnerships.

Manage and expand a named portfolio of upper-middle-market and enterprise platform accounts. Own the full consultative sales cycle, build C-level relationships, develop outbound strategies, negotiate bespoke agreements, and lead complex product workshops and financial analyses. Partner with Engineering, Product, and Finance to support customer outcomes, refine sales processes, inform product strategy, and forecast sales performance.
