As an Engineering Manager for the Core Performance team at Stripe, you will lead a team to improve efficiency and latency, foster engineering excellence, and collaborate on infrastructure solutions across the company.

Sell Stripe Money Management products (Payouts, Issuing, Treasury, Capital, FX) to enterprise and high-growth accounts across ANZ. Own full commercial cycle, build territory plan, generate pipeline, lead executive-level negotiations, and coordinate cross-functional teams to close complex multi-product deals. Provide market feedback to influence product and GTM strategy.

Perform outbound and inbound prospecting via calls, email, and social channels to book meetings, qualify leads, research prospects, maintain CRM records (Salesforce), meet SLAs, and collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives to build pipeline.
