Lead forecasting, budgeting, projections, and monthly profit and loss reporting for the Medical APAC division. Analyze sales, margins, and operating performance; present financial results and recommendations to regional leaders; evaluate investments and sales initiatives; coordinate with accounting, compliance, tax, and risk teams; and deliver finance process improvement projects.

Provide clinical and technical support for Stryker upper-extremity products during surgeries in operating theatres. Train hospital staff, advise surgeons and clinical teams, and manage ongoing planning and administration related to product support. The role requires strong communication, clinical or healthcare experience, and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure surgical environments. Travel is required up to 40% of the time.

Own and grow a neurosurgical sales territory across North Sydney, the Central Coast, and Newcastle. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, building relationships with neurosurgeons and hospital stakeholders, providing clinical and product support during procedures, identifying business opportunities, analyzing trends, forecasting, negotiating, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customer and commercial value.
