Field-based sales role supporting neurosurgical capital equipment and consumables. Drive territory sales growth, develop new business, manage customer relationships, provide clinical and technical support in operating theatres, deliver product training and troubleshooting, and travel across Sydney with occasional regional trips.

Lead complex APAC regional projects end-to-end, align cross-functional stakeholders, manage budgets, risks and governance, facilitate requirements workshops, improve delivery practices, and measure adoption and business outcomes.

The Territory Manager will lead Stryker’s Visualisation business, managing territory sales, supporting surgical teams, and collaborating with internal departments to exceed revenue targets.
