Lead APAC support engineers as part of a global support leadership team. Provide technical guidance, runbooks, and coaching; handle escalations; collaborate with Product and Engineering to convert support signals into product improvements; participate in tickets to stay technically current; maintain shared standards and cross-timezone handoffs; join on-call lead rotation.

Manage full sales cycle for developer-first startups: run technical discovery, demo with Sales Engineers, align on business outcomes, build pipeline, and hit revenue targets while ensuring smooth onboarding.

Drive APAC partner strategy and execution across integration, solution, cloud, marketplace, and startup partners. Identify and close new partners, localise global partnerships, enable co-selling/co-marketing, build regional pipelines, and represent Supabase at APAC events while coordinating with global function leads.
