Lead enterprise-wide business continuity, incident preparedness and resilience capability for Sydney Airport. Develop and maintain continuity frameworks, BIA and Tiered plans, SOPs, training and exercises, provide incident decision support, conduct post-incident reviews, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to improve operational readiness and recovery.

Provide commercial legal advice and contract drafting/negotiation for airline, commercial and operational matters. Manage external advisers, monitor legal spend, support dispute resolution, update precedents, advise on technology, data-sharing and regulatory issues, and deliver training to stakeholders.

Support day-to-day treasury operations — investing cash, paying interest, managing risk and compliance. Assist capital management (refinancings, bond issuance, derivatives), maintain treasury/accounting systems, prepare board/investor reports, liaise with banks/investors/agencies, and drive process improvements.

Provide independent financial assurance for major capital projects: review business cases and financial models, assess viability, run health checks and post-implementation reviews, report to senior stakeholders, and recommend improvements to governance and benefits realisation.

Lead FP&A for the Commercial business unit (Property, Retail, Hotels, Car Parks). Manage a team of five analysts to deliver budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modelling, scenario and sensitivity analysis, business cases for strategic initiatives, and actionable commercial insights. Drive process improvement, automation and reporting (Power BI/ERP/Excel) while partnering with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
