Lead enterprise-wide business continuity, incident preparedness and resilience capability for Sydney Airport. Develop and maintain continuity frameworks, BIA and Tiered plans, SOPs, training and exercises, provide incident decision support, conduct post-incident reviews, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to improve operational readiness and recovery.

Provide commercial legal advice and contract drafting/negotiation for airline, commercial and operational matters. Manage external advisers, monitor legal spend, support dispute resolution, update precedents, advise on technology, data-sharing and regulatory issues, and deliver training to stakeholders.

Support day-to-day treasury operations — investing cash, paying interest, managing risk and compliance. Assist capital management (refinancings, bond issuance, derivatives), maintain treasury/accounting systems, prepare board/investor reports, liaise with banks/investors/agencies, and drive process improvements.
