Lead the support, governance, optimisation and continuous improvement of Sydney Airport’s corporate systems portfolio. Manage a team of four, oversee Oracle E-Business Suite, CRM and HRIS platforms, partner with business stakeholders, manage vendors and service providers, control budgets, and drive automation and technology enhancements. Ensure enterprise applications remain secure, reliable, aligned with business needs and supported through effective lifecycle, change, release and operational service management.

Supports airport operational assurance, emergency preparedness, and resilience. Responsibilities include maintaining emergency plans and evacuation procedures, coordinating drills and exercises, delivering Fire Warden and Emergency Control Organisation training, conducting compliance reviews, tracking actions, engaging stakeholders, and identifying risks and continuous improvement opportunities.

Provides commercially focused legal advice to Sydney Airport, primarily supporting airline relationships and strategic growth initiatives. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on transactions, managing legal risk, monitoring regulatory developments, supporting disputes, training stakeholders, maintaining legal templates, and overseeing external legal advisors. The role requires autonomous work, strong stakeholder relationships, and practical legal judgment across commercial, technology, data-sharing, consumer law, and marketing matters.
