Manage a collaborative scientific program assessing wastewater impacts on waterways. Responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary teams, regulators, experts, monitoring programs, analytical outputs, stakeholder engagement, community consultation, budgets, risks, schedules, vendors, and environmental decision-making. The role also requires embedding Aboriginal cultural values, balancing technical and customer priorities, and communicating complex scientific information clearly.

Leads investment assurance activities across Sydney Water’s capital portfolio, reviewing business cases and investment proposals, facilitating gateway reviews, and providing strategic commercial advice to executives. The role oversees governance and assurance processes, builds senior stakeholder relationships, and leads, coaches, and develops a team of specialist Investment Analysts supporting infrastructure, transformation, and digital programs.

Lead Sydney Water’s employee experience strategy and portfolio, including talent management, capability and leadership development, succession and retention, inclusion and belonging, performance, reward, and the employee value proposition. The role partners with leaders across diverse office, field, and operational workforces, using data and stakeholder insights to improve people processes, workforce capability, engagement, and long-term sustainability.
