Teams at Sydney Water

Designs, configures, tests, commissions, and deploys SCADA, RTU, PLC, HMI, and telemetry solutions for critical water infrastructure. The role supports system integration, cutover activities, operational data analysis, asset performance improvement, and continuous enhancement of Sydney Water’s operational technology platform. It also requires collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and translating operational requirements into technical solutions.

Coordinates employee recognition and benefits programs, including long-service awards, recognition events, communications, vendor engagement, reporting, and program administration. The role supports employee experience initiatives, responds to program enquiries, manages logistics, collaborates with People & Culture and communications teams, and identifies process improvements. Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, stakeholder management, event coordination, and Microsoft Office skills are important.

Lead client-side scheduling across complex water infrastructure projects, maintaining reliable schedules, forecasts, baselines and governance. Manage monthly updates and contractor interfaces, analyze critical paths, risks, float and milestone variance, and recommend recovery actions. Lead and coach a team of schedulers while collaborating with project controls, cost, risk and commercial teams. Support EVM, change control, data quality and senior stakeholder reporting.
