Teams at Takeda

Leads clinical trial site engagement across feasibility, study startup, enrollment, and study conduct. Partners with Takeda teams, CROs, investigators, and site personnel to support site selection, activation, recruitment, issue resolution, and regulatory compliance. Develops engagement strategies, maintains strategic site relationships, supports investigator meetings, and provides oversight across assigned countries and therapeutic areas. Requires extensive clinical research and site management experience, strong ICH-GCP knowledge, communication skills, and frequent travel.

Leads omnichannel campaign activation across local operating companies in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. Owns activation planning, localization governance, operational readiness, enablement toolkits, stakeholder coordination, performance monitoring, and optimization. Ensures global campaign strategies and modular content are adapted compliantly for local markets, supports launch readiness, resolves execution blockers, builds local capabilities, and feeds performance insights back to regional and therapy area teams.
