Lead the end-to-end PAYG withholding program for claims and investments. Own PAYG rules, rates and calculation logic, oversee system configuration and controls, ensure timely ATO reporting, translate legislation into operational solutions, partner with Tax and senior stakeholders, and implement continuous improvements to reduce risk and enhance compliance.

Provide strategic legal and commercial advice across life insurance and financial services matters, draft and negotiate contracts, manage regulatory and compliance risk, review customer communications and marketing, influence regulatory developments, and support industry advocacy while collaborating with stakeholders and protecting corporate interests.
