Own PAYG rules, rates and calculation logic, oversee system configuration and controls, ensure timely ATO reporting, translate legislation into operational solutions, partner with Tax and senior stakeholders, and implement continuous improvements to reduce risk and enhance compliance.

As a Claims Technical Specialist, you will provide technical guidance across various claims, coach Claims Consultants, and ensure quality outcomes while adhering to compliance standards.
