Lead brand and marketing analytics to translate data into actionable insights that drive marketing effectiveness, optimize channel investment, and inform strategic decisions. Own end-to-end analysis-to-impact workflows, evaluate campaign performance using advanced measurement (MMM, MTA, experimentation), and partner cross-functionally to scale repeatable insight frameworks.

Support day-to-day retail operations across Australia and New Zealand, partnering with store managers and cross-functional teams. Coordinate vendor and facilities management, assist with store openings and projects, maintain operational trackers and dashboards, analyze operational data, and support budget controls. Provide store support, training resources, and ensure operational consistency and service-level performance.

Lead store performance by driving sales, profitability, and customer service. Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team. Oversee daily operations including inventory, payroll, loss prevention, visual merchandising, scheduling, and community representation of the Coach brand.
