Lead procurement strategy and sourcing for parcels, driving cost-out, supplier negotiations, category strategies, stakeholder alignment, and supplier performance to deliver measurable commercial value across logistics operations.

Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-market accounts as primary customer contact. Drive retention, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, deliver business reviews, collaborate with operations and commercial teams, manage forecasting and CRM reporting, and reduce churn through proactive engagement.
