As a People Business Partner, you will influence leaders, support change management, drive employee experience, and lead workplace investigations within a collaborative team environment.

Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to translate national revenue and volume plans into branch-level targets, deliver actionable financial insights, support forecasting and budgeting, analyse customer/product/branch performance, provide variance analysis and reporting, and drive alignment to improve customer profitability and revenue performance across 30+ branches.

Manage on-site transport operations as the key liaison between drivers, customers, and TGE. Coordinate daily delivery allocations, oversee sortation and freight preparation, monitor driver performance and compliance, deliver training, identify operational improvements, manage backup fleets, ensure accurate scanning/PODs, and report insights to the Operations Manager.

The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and oversee tailored solution implementations in transport logistics.
