Manage onboarding, prequalification, documentation, contracts, insurance, and compliance for subcontractor delivery partners. Monitor compliance through digital platforms, provide guidance, analyze performance data, support audits and remediation, coordinate inductions, and collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Legal, HSE, and Finance. The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives focused on contractor performance, service, cost, and compliance.

Partner with operational leaders to provide HR advice, manage employee relations cases and investigations, support workforce planning and organizational change, and improve employee and leader experiences. The role requires strong HR generalist capability, employment legislation knowledge, stakeholder management, and experience supporting complex, high-volume, frontline or unionized workforces.
