Manage onboarding, prequalification, documentation, contracts, insurance, and compliance for subcontractor delivery partners. Monitor compliance through digital platforms, provide guidance, analyze performance data, support audits and remediation, coordinate inductions, and collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Legal, HSE, and Finance. The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives focused on contractor performance, service, cost, and compliance.

Analyze revenue, volume, customer, product, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities and risks. Develop forecasting models, support budgeting and strategic planning, prepare executive reporting, and provide financial input for pricing, tenders, and commercial reviews. Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, Pricing, and BI stakeholders to improve decision-making, automate reporting, and drive continuous improvement.
