Fabricate and weld steel, aluminium and stainless components for shipbuilding and repair using GMAW, GTAW and MMAW. Perform structural, sheet metal and pipe fabrication, interpret drawings, monitor welding quality, contribute to JSEA/risk assessments, operate workshop machinery, and work within a multi-disciplined team following OH&S requirements.

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on dock and facility assets, including pumphouse equipment, reticulated services, valves, water bubblers and emergency wash stations.
