Leads a strategically significant maritime portfolio, overseeing growth, financial and operational performance, customer relationships, governance, transformation, and delivery confidence. The role shapes major maritime opportunities, manages complex executive stakeholders, operationalizes business strategy, and develops high-performing teams. Defence, maritime sustainment, naval, ship repair, or other asset-intensive industry experience is highly desirable. Australian citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance are required.

Lead and deliver complex offensive security and penetration testing engagements across web, API, cloud, internal AD and infrastructure. Manage client relationships, scope and estimate work, design assumed-breach scenarios aligned to MITRE ATT&CK, mentor junior staff, review reports, and improve tooling, labs and methodologies.

Manage and grow a portfolio of education-sector clients across NSW and QLD, develop and execute multi-year account and territory plans for cybersecurity solutions, drive complex sales cycles, maintain CRM and forecasting discipline, and manage procurement and legal processes to achieve sales targets.
